Welcome! I hail from upstate New York. I made my way to Tampa, FL for college and a career in IT. My husband and I retired across the bay to St. Petersburg, FL. We also have the good fortune to spend our summers in Black Mountain, North Carolina.

In 2021 we added a mini-Bernedoodle to our family. “Rooney” has bushy eyebrows like a certain 60 Minutes correspondent.

After spending a career navigating the structured, analytical world of Information Technology, transitioning to painting in 2015 opened a completely new window for my soul. The process fundamentally shifted how I look at the world, training my eyes to see the quiet magic in nature, the depth in people, and the vibrant life in the creatures all around us.

For me, painting is a joyful journey. If my creative process and my artwork had an anthem, it would undoubtedly be “For the Beauty of this Earth.” Every brushstroke is an act of gratitude for the world we inhabit, and I simply paint what I love.

My deepest hope is that these pieces extend that love outward. I want my art to bring a sense of calm, joy, hope, and peace to everyone who views or welcomes a painting into their home. I hope you enjoy experiencing them as much as I enjoyed bringing them to life.
